• Last 2 years Federal 1040 tax returns
• Last 2 year’s W2’s for both you and a co-borrower(if any)
• 2 recent pay stubs for both you and a co-borrower(if any)
• A copy of your Social Security awards letter
• 2 months bank/asset statements
• A copy of your Driver’s licenses and SS cards, W2’s for both you and a co-borrower(if any)
• A copy of home owner insurance declaration page
• A copy of your last mortgage statement
• A copy of your property tax bill
• A copy of your rental agreement
